A national charity for veterans is seeking to open a drop-in centre to serve ex-soldiers from around the north west.
As part of the PR contract with REAL, Catherine Smyth Media produced a news article and photograph about Helmshore ex-soldier Steve Carr who is helping raise money for Veterans In Action.
The charity needs funds to provide a new centre, which will hopefully be based in Rossendale. From here veterans will be helped to cope with post traumatic stress disorder through activities to stimulate the mind and body.
