School's Royal appointment

 charlesExcellence in English has led Fearns Community Sports College to be nationally recognised for the second year by the Prince of Wales charity.

The Prince's Teaching Institute enables schools to share best practice and provides residential projects to assist schools with improving the educational attainment and aspirations of all pupils. As part of the award headteacher Nigel Dawson attended Clarence House where he got to meet with Prince Charles.
